Terms of sale
The short version of how buying a living thing from us works.
Orders and stock
Stock is small and moves quickly. An order is accepted when we email you a confirmation; if something sells out between your order and our packing bench, we tell you and refund or substitute with your agreement.
Prices
Prices include tax where applicable and are shown in US dollars. Delivery is added at checkout. We honour the price shown when you ordered.
Living goods
Plants vary. The one you receive will match its photographs in species, size class and health, but not leaf for leaf — that variation is the point of a living thing rather than a fault.
Delivery
Dispatch within two working days, tracked. We may hold an order in extreme heat or frost to protect the plant, and we will always tell you when we do.
Replacements
Send a photo within seven days of delivery and we replace a damaged or unhealthy plant, with no receipts and no return needed.
Returns
Unopened pots and accessories may be returned within thirty days for a full refund. Plants are handled as replacements instead, since they cannot be resold after travelling twice.
Liability
Some plants are toxic to people or pets if eaten. We state this on every product page; please read it before buying for a home with small children or animals.
