Plainly: we collect what we need to send you a plant and answer your questions, and nothing else.
What we collect
Your name, email, delivery address and phone number when you order; the contents of any message you send us; and basic, aggregated analytics about which pages people visit. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
Why we collect it
To pack and deliver your order, to answer you, to send the care guidance that comes with the plant, and — only if you opt in — occasional emails about new arrivals.
Who we share it with
Our courier, for delivery. Our payment provider, for payment. Our email provider, if you have subscribed. Nobody else, and we never sell data.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, because tax rules require it. Messages for two years. Marketing consent until you withdraw it, which is one click in any email.
Cookies
A session cookie to keep your basket, and privacy-respecting analytics. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Email us and we act within seven days, and always within the thirty required by law.
